I payed Joyce to watch my 1 week old puppies because their mother has been aggressive with all of her past liters. I wanted to avoid the death of yet another puppy by hiring a professional but today, under her negligence, another dog she was sitting killed one of my puppies. I expressed the importance of completely separating them from any other dogs and she left the puppies in their case, unzipped with a blanket over it on the couch while she used the restroom and the other dogs were out in the same area. Within the hour I dropped them off i recieved and urgent call that one was killed. I can't express how upset I am or how much I don't want to deliver this news to my son. I trusted her to keep them safe and was weary because I didn't know her but I trusted she was a professional, which was my mistake and that when I expressed that they couldn't be around other dogs she would understand that and take no chances. My heart is broken over this!
