We also live in Tucson AZ and I find this to be one of the better fast food spots. The food is well prepared, the manager seems attentive, food is fresh. I have revisited at least ten times and have been very satisfied. My only complaint would be with takout ,which I do quite often, the food tends to cool off quickly. We usually get the meat hard taco's and the meat enchiladas. Very good for what it is.

This was my first visit to Tijuana Flats. I ordered a pork Chimmi with rice & beans. The girls who took my order were impatient, distracted, and assumed I was familiar with the menu options even though I identified myself as a first time customer. It was annoying to have to ask them to repeat their questions as they took my order like I was at a McDonalds. I was directed to the hot sauce bar to get some sauce while my Chimmi was prepared. I grabbed some hot sauce at the hot sauce bar which was kind of cool and then proceeded to sat down at a dirty table. (Had not been wiped off) I picked this table because another nearby table was worse. The food was brought to my table - It was hardly warm in spots but mostly cold. I ate it anyway because by that time there were a couple of people in line at the counter and I needed to get back to the office. The drink was gone in about 4 sips because the cup was filled 3/4 full with crushed ice. (not good when you hit the hot sauce!) All this cost me over $11.00! Surprisingly, there were enough employees there to handle a restaurant twice that size and provide people with the attention required. There is potential in the idea of the restaurant but sadly, it is run by amateurs. I do not believe I will eat there again.
