a John Dixon called me from this company calling me names without any reason other than it made him feel in charge, I asked to speak with his manager or an HR person instead, he insisted he was in charge. id advise contacting whoever they claim your bill to be from and to verify that they are legitimately working for them as when I called my original collector they had no knowledge of this company. I asked for a certified statement of what i was supposed to be getting charged for and was told they were going to have someone serve me a subpoena.
