This was the nastiest Hotel I've ever stayed at I would not recommend anyone to come and stay here especially if you have children because it is infested with lice roaches and bed bugs not to mention is this nasty..... Not to

Bed bugs dirty if you stay there you will bring bed bugs home

Me and My family States here for a few months because We have been in between houses, when We first got here the room wasnt even cleaned we found garbage behind the furniture and dust was every where. We refused to use their sheets so We brought our own, it was maybe the third day of us staying there and I found a bed bug crawling on My pillow, We took the whole bed apart and found two more. Now because We were right on money We went and bought some bed bug spray, it worked for a day and We found them again when I woke up with red bumps all over My arma and legs. Since I didnt know What they were I went to the doctor and he said they were bed bug bites. When We told the front Office they moved us to a different room. Now we would have moved to a different hotel but We didnt have the money, so We States in the new room they gave us and they claimed to have put in new beds, well they are newer than the other ones but not new. No to prevent any more bites We put plastic around the matresses and head boards so they could crawl on us, now since We have stayed in that room We had only seen bed bugs in the bath room. Now about the bath room the water fictures wer. Put on up side down and when We went to turn on the hot water it was actually cold. The.light didnt work right and the sink didnt draon right and the handle on the toilet didnt work. Now in the room itself it smelled horrible, like something had died. The so called heater obly blows out cold air, our phone worked but needed a new cord We told the so called maintaince Man but neve got one. If you are useing the micro wave and u have a little burneru cant use both at the Same time or else the power will go out. The door let In all the cold air so it never stayed warm in the room. When We got here they said no peta but people had dogs. People upstairs had no respect and We had forren woken up at 3 in the morning by them yelling and throwong things and all the front Office Did was sweep up the glass. It went on for Three hours. Their so called continental breakfeast os just orange juice crappy coffee and a Peice of Bread. They do not salt when it ices up. The one time the sewear drain over flowed and they didnt do anything about it so everytime someone flushed a toilet or even uses water it wpuld flow out with toilet paper and poop. This place is way over priced i would not recomend staying there. Oh and to Fox tht ovr flow of the sewer the so called maintanance Man had to Fix it not a professional just the half assed maintanance Man. I didnt give this place a rating because it doesnt deserve one.

I got BEDBUGS from staying here! Do NOT stay. They have a severe infestation of bed bugs!

I stayed in this dump for way too long...please save your money and stay somewhere better. I will list the things wrong with this dump.

1.) No one talks english so if you ask for something don't expect to get help.

2.) We had to stay here for several weeks because we were in between homes. And the day we moved in the phone did not work and I asked why and they sent the maintenance guy to the room and he told us that he had to get a new phone...which he never did.



3.) There is mold in the bathroom. And the toilet seat is cracked.



4.) You cannot plug the microwave in at the same time as the refrigerator because the outlets do not hold both plugs.



5.) I asked for sheets to be changed on our beds they don't have any fitted sheets and the flat sheets had cigarette holes in them and were put on our beds. We are in a non smoking room and do not smoke so I know the sheets were like that when put on our beds. I work in a hotel as a housekeeper and would be fired if I did that.



6.) They do not allow pets.



7.) They claim they have high speed internet in the rooms but you cannot get internet anywhere in the rooms you have to go to the hotel lobby for it.



8.) They have the same continental breakfast every morning which consists of little chocolate or powdered sugar donuts and orange juice..that is it.



9.) They charge $202.13 a week to stay in this dump.



10.) My son and I have both broken out in whole body rashes from staying there..we are not sure if they are bug bites or rashes but we itched really bad the whole time we were there.



11.) The guy that does the housekeeping does not speak english and yells at you if he sees you and you cannot understand anything he is yelling at you.



I did not rate this dump because so the only rating I could give this place is below 1...please don't waste your money on this dump..there are nicer places around that don't ask much more.
