I will never visit this store again

I spent four hours in this restaurant and will never visit it again. The managers have no idea what to do and on large parties you will have only one waiter. After you request to speak to the manager; nothing will change. when the bill comes expect 18% gratuity. It will be charged to your account. Dont ever visit this restaurant. The tip is hidden on the bill as a service charge. My bill was 124 dollars to feed 2 adults and 3 children. worse place i have ever eaten at.

I really enjoy dining at north miami beach fridays. everyone is very friendly and caring. they make you feel like your at home. and i just adore the red head manager. she's awesome!

The Service at this restaurant is out of this world!!!! Never have visited another Friday's where I have experienced such a good service and food quality!!!!
