I have a hard time trying to figure out how someone could compare Cruz Muay Thai to cardio kick boxing. I've been there for almost a year and I still have a hard workout every class. I've meet few people in life that are as real as Eddie Cruz, so I take it personally for someone to call him something so backwords as a "fraud".

I have been a student at Cruz Muay Thai since August 2010. What sets this school apart from others is the individualized attention the instructor gives to all students. The class is intense and teaches traditional Muay Thai. Another positive is the family environment we have at the school. Im proud of being associated with a school which prides itself in teaching martial arts and not in it only to make a buck. The instructor was highly recommended and has a well rounded martial arts background, he has black belts in Judo and Tae Kwon Do, and blue belt in Brazilian Ju jitsu.









I would recommend to stop by the school and take a class. Judge for yourself.

I have had the honor to work with this organization for many years. Top level training, intense workouts. Many people try to talk the talk. However, Cruz-Muay Thai has walked the walk. Big difference.

This guy is a real joke. Do not waste your time and money. He imitates tae bo and p90x. FRAUD !!!!!!!!!
