I called this person @ aprox 8:30 AM because i had a problem with my water heater in my apt. Mr. Orlando instructed me that he was going to be available in my area at aprox 5:30 PM so i agreed. At 6:30 i called him and he instructed me that he was in Broward and he was going to take 1 more hour. It is almost 8:30 PM and it looks that me and my wife are going to take cold showers 2night and tomorrow. This person does not communicate.

There are thousands of small contractors on the streets trying to make a couple of dollars and i made the stupid mistake to call this joker.
