In the space of a month, we had 2 leaks in our home. One in the kitchen and the second in the guest bathroom. Although our insurance company was responsive, we felt pressured to settle right away. We were recommended to Fraser Properties and Adjusting by friends. From start to finish, we could not have felt more supported and informed. There is absolutely no way we could have navigated through all the confusion without the constant support of the staff at Fraser Properties. They handled the 2 water damage claims and were always present when the homeowners insurance company adjuster came out to inspect the damage. The amounts we were awarded with Fraser Properties help was much higher than what we would have received had we settled with the insurance company directly. If you have the misfortune of having to make a claim on your home because of damage, fire, flood, etc., we strongly recommend calling Fraser Properties and Adjusting! You will not regret it.

These guys where great! I didn't know what to do after my house had a flood from the bathroom and all ( and I mean ALL) my stuff got wet and moldy. I had Ari come by after hearing him on the radio. They had my claim wrapped up and settled within a few weeks. Then they went after the insurance company for more and got me more then I even expected in the first place... I was happy to pay them. friendly staff very professional apportion and great adjuster.
They worked hard and got me way more then Id be able to get on my own... Id use them again if I needed.

When my main drain line collapsed I didn't know what to do or where to go. I was referred to Fraser Property and Adjusting and was a bit worried since I have never filed a claim before. From the beginning until the end, our Adjuster Ari made the process as painless as possible. He was there to address every concern, is extremely well versed in his trade and got his vendors to resolve our issues with haste. My Claims Handler constantly kept me in the loop and made me feel like I was a valued customer by going out of her way to contact other departments and get me the most detailed and accurate response possible. I hired this company and could wholeheartedly say that I felt comfortable enough to let them handle my claim without intervening. I highly recommend Fraser Property for any and all claims that need to be made; give them a shot you will not regret it!

I had damage from a fire claim.

I tried dealing with the insurance company myself and got stiffed... I heard about this company from a friend and contacted them. They were amazing! Strait forward, no BS and got me a whole lot more then I expected!!! Don't file a claim without them! I would highly recommend them...

Best adjuster ever! Aryeh represented me on claims I had with my properties... All the claims I had were resolved and I got much more then I expected... I used other adjusters before, these guys are the best...

These guys where great! They got me 30k more then what the insurance company offered and they where fast, professional and friendly... I was happy to pay and I will never file a claim without them;)

I used this company after my pipe burst. I heard them radio a while back...

The Adjuster came right away and they took care of EVERYTHING!!

I was amazed at how fast they did it.

The staff was nice, and they had answers for all my crazy questions...;)
