Been there 3 times , had to come back an all occasions ,
last time a brought the lawnmower because the front drive stop working ( $ 120.00+), after they replaced it ``less than 4-months
`` but the service that I received was not what I expected , instead of backing up their work it seemed that I had no priority ,
I felt that it was best not to continued doing business with Mary to avoid more issues , I pick up my not repair lawnmower and take to another place..

I you go there make sure you get an estimate before any work is done , also find out how long they are going to keep your equipment and make sure you get written warranty ,

I have no idea what store the 2 bad reviewers went to. But it was not the Bob’s Lawnmower I have used for as long as I can remember. Bob and Mary have built an amazing business with a loyal following. We all miss Bob but Mary carries on the tradition. I have a one acre of landscape I take care of myself. I have purchased all of my power tools from Mary and count on her service when I need it. Recently she repaired a pressure washer that just would not take the repair. I brought it back 3 times before she discovered the “hidden” problem. I know it cost her way more in extra parts and labor to fix it right but she would not take a dime over what she first charged me. Their product knowledge is exceptional and prices are more than fair. And what you do not get with those “box stores” is Mary. And she is worth it!

STILL NOT WORKING

I took my lawn mower to this place,I had to returned because was not working,I got charge AGAIN,and now I want to use it.It is not WORKING. What a rip off.WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.I just lost my money.Not fair!

I appreciate your review of your repairs, but, I do not believe that I would have charged you AGAIN for the same repair. I guarantee the work that is done on any product within the guarantee period. I can understand charging a customer for another problem - but, never for the same problem. In your case - you had a NEW problem that you were charged a very low repair rate. Thank you for your comments.

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Lawnmower took 3 weeks to be fixed,never received a call from them letting me know it was ready,Overpriced,Customer service is very,very unprofessional.I would not recommend this place.

I appreciate your comments, but, you failed to include in your review that you brought your equipment in at the height of the season and everyone was told that to "complete their work" it will be take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks and you at that time - you had no problem with that. I am sorry that you reviewed my business so negatively.
