Worst bank ever. If you are ever overdrawn, you'd better fix it immediately. If you don't, they charge you an extra $8.00 PER DAY that you are overdrawn. I was double charged by another company, and was charged over $600 in bounced check charges, and they said, "Oh, that's too bad." Maybe their new logo should be "Negative Five Star Banking." Customers come last at US Bank. I know of a manager who was FIRED for helping a retiree on a fixed income when she bounced some checks, and it would have taken her entire pension to cover the bounced check charges. She would have had less than $100 to live on for the month, but that didn't matter. Talk about a bank with a heart.
