I would highly not recommend renting from steve mccoy construction. I tried to get out of my lease was not very understanding. When I tried to contact him he would tell me I'm immature and a little girl. Would not just talk to me but yell. Told me to meet on a Friday I showed up called three times and never answered or showed up. Called the next couple days never answered until I called on a different phone. Very childish about things. And not professional. After i signed the lease to have someone sublease it did not give me my deposit gave it to my roommate. DO NOT RENT FROM STEVE MCCOY CONSTRUCTION IN NORTH LIBERTY.
