We have had service performed by Prybil in the past. Hard working and responds to emergencies. So when it came time for a New system, we included them along with 4 other local Iowa City/Cedar Rapids heating and air installers. For the estimate, they reviewed our currently installed system. Then we sat down and they allowed us to ask questions. I asked about features and add-ons (things other crews were trying to sell), Prybil explained each, and provided insight as to why we may or may not want them. Definitely not upselling. I was very impressed. Even to the point of accommodating the thermostat (with internet access) that I wanted. Great service during the install, a very professional crew that respected my home and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
