They did a nice job when they installed a large patio, sidewalk and stairs. We developed some problems with color coming off a couple years after construction. We called several times about the problem...no phone call returned. This occurred several times. This year, the same thing has happened, and we have asked for Power Concrete for an estimate to repair, asking for advice, etc. It has been approximately 2 months, and like the previous treatment, they do not return calls, no returned emails, (after several attempts). Basically, they are interested in doing the job, but once the job is completed, do not expect them to be professional or respond to any problems or repairs. There are many companies out there that does stamped concrete...I would choose someone that acts like they care about their reputation and has better customer services.

Although the stamped concrete project completed was a nice job, followup with any problems or concerns is terrible. Once the job was finished, if you have any problems with your stamped concrete loosing resist color, or asking about resealing, this company does a terrible job getting back to you with estimates or concerns, returning calls or emails, and making sure your project stays looking as good as the day it was completed.
