My bridesmaids are in three different cities. I went with one to the store to try on dresses. Average customer service that day but has gone down hill since that time. Picked out style and had maids call in with measurements as they live in three different cities. Bridesmaid's dresses were ordered January 12th and did not arrive until May 12th. I was given four different expected delivery dates, not sure if that was a manufacture issue or store issue. Woman assigned to our order said she kept calling manufacturer but I have no confirmation of that. Store owner didn't contact to inform us of delivery and has not called my matron of honor back after it was stated he would. Maids called in with measurements and order was placed January 12th. Store never called with this information. I only got it months later when I needed more information why our order kept getting move back. My maids and I called on various occasions to get an update on dresses. Store never reached out to us. Was told one date for possible delivery, followed by three later dates. Dresses finally mailed on May 8th, arrived at store May 12th. Maids had to call again to ensure dresses were in. Local maid went to pick up. Another from Minneapolis called to provide final payment and have sent out. One maid from Chicago asked to speak to store owner to have overnight shipping covered by the store since arrived so close to wedding date (June 3rd.) Was told store owner would get back to her. On May 19th the manager called me (bride) to say they were having trouble getting the dress to maid in Chicago. Store owner wasn't going to be in until 5:30pm and dress needed to go out by 4:00pm. Acted as if dress would be returned if not figured out. As the bride, I want everything to be finalized. I ended up paying off the dress so would be delivered. Owner has yet to call that bridesmaid to discuss matter. I would not recommend using this store for wedding or bridesmaids dresses.

Do not recommend!

The staff was so nice and helpful when we went there to try on bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses, but once they had our money, that's where the friendly, helpfulness ended! Never once did they mention that they wouldn't do alterations. I am the mother of the groom and picked up my dress that was too long, and fit too loosely in the bust and back and they told me I had to take it somewhere else to be altered. I should have just got my money back right then. It cost me $115 to get it altered somewhere else. Another bridesmaid went in to pick up her dress and the staff was very rude to her. She is very tall and so they added extra material to the length, only for her to have to end up getting it shortened, of course at a cost! The bride went in and the owner was behind the desk as well as another employee and they wouldn't even acknowledge her. Awful funny how once they have your money they no longer care about you or your needs. I will not recommend this shady business to anyone!

I had a great expierence here when finding the dress of my dreams! All of the staff was very helpful and was able to provide answers to all of my questions/concerns. I would defiantly recommend this bridal store to any bride looking for that perfect dress!

Avoid at all costs! Horrible customer service and sheer incompetence! They tried 3 separate times to get tux to fit correctly and couldn't get close even though the measurements never changed. Finally on day of wedding the tux still didn't fit after going in 2 days before to tell them it didn't fit and they were supposed to alter it. When we called them to talk to them they just said there was nothing they could do and hung up! Never offered a partial refund or even an apology!

DON'T GO HERE! It was a horrible experience from the start. My sister found a beautiful dress and was so excited. So she of course went with them for all her bridal needs. She was told that we needed to order our bridesmaid dresses at the begining of January so that they would be in with plenty of time before her wedding in May. Then when we went to order they then told us that they would have to rush deliver them which was $40 extra. Well the horror didn't end there. The owner of the store (Debra) was the one who measured me for my dress and when I tried that dress on it was way too big. And on top of that I had to pay $20 more for that plus sized dress I didn't need. But no refund could be given. Then another one of the bridesmaid had to order extra material for her dress and spend $100 then when she tried her dress on it fit perfect without the extra material she " needed". Again they stated that they could not offer a refund for the fabric because they would be losing money on it. When we began to complain the manager Lisa kept stating that they couldn't do anything and she would not give us refunds on the mistakes they made. When I stated that the owner was the one making the mistake Lisa stated that she would talk to the owners husband regarding this situation. This so called small mom and pop shop doesn't care about anything but your money and as soon as they get it they will not anything to make their mistakes right. GO ELSE WHERE for all your bridal needs don't get roped into a horrible mess like my sister.

I bought a very expensive dres...

I bought a very expensive dress from them after they refused to show how it will look in the white color. After that, knowing that you CANNOT return anything you buy from them they made my life miserable.

the dress was 3 weeks late, they gave to me only two days before the wedding date and it was a little bit tight.

they charge crazy each time you go. and unlike all decent gowns' places they would NOT give me a zipper bag for the dress unless I BUY IT !!! i paid more than $1,500 for the dress and still they want to sell me the bag for $25. I expected the service provided to at least be compatible with the amount of money they are charging. What is even worse is the manager had such an ATTITUDE and turned her back on me while i was talking. i guess, they do not care about customer satisfaction once you put in your money.

I wish I could go back in time and not deal with their materialistic manager.

I am not one to write a review on a business however I had such a great experience that I just had to share. I stopped in there with out an appointment not even thinking I would find my dress. I was wrong! The ladys there were so nice and knew exactly which dresses to pull for me. My dress is beautiful. They had so much to choose from and I think the biggest selection of Maggie Sottero dresses around. I struggled with the bridesmaids dresses as well because I think they have over 400 to choose from. I recommend that you go to Heart to Heart for your wedding! And I have to say Lisa and Stacy were great!! Thank you girls!

SO TERRIBLE!!!! I spent more than what I imagined I would on a wedding dress from there because i loved it so much, the girls that help you around and to the dressing room were so nice, but as soon as you sign that check, forget customer service!!!! They measured me and told me what size i should order, but that the top would be a little too big but it wasn't to worry because they could take it in NO PROBLEM! cheap quick fix, then the dress gets there and the seamstress says "oh this dress... ya i cant' do much to fix it" ended up having to cut into my dress on both sides, make 2 new seams, and cost me $90 just to make the bust of the dress fit. We tried contacting the manager 8 times and left our name and number to please get back to us when ever they had time, never heard a word back! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, JUST THEIR MONEY! Once you give up the $$ you're on your own!

If you are in the market for a wedding and or brides maids dress or a tux please do yourself a favor and go someplace else. Yes I know this place has good reviews for the most part, but I must say their ways of doing business is quite antiquated. For example I payed for my tux in full the day I went to get fitted, but the day I came in to pick it up they said that I had only paid for $25 of it. Now I must admit I payed in cash which was stupid and that's my mistake, but there only means of keeping track was the person behind the counter writing it down after the fact. I mentioned after paying for my tux the first time to make sure they had me down for paid in full and they said they did. I mentioned this to the manager that by no means was this a fool proof system and that sometimes people make mistakes. She then assured me that their staff was incapable of making mistakes and that in know way were they willing to work this thing out. If it wasn't for my friends wedding on the line I wouldn't have payed for the tux twice and would have went somewhere else and I recommend you do the same.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR YOUR WEDDING! The employees were extremely rude and unaccommodating (which was frustrating, since weddings are stressful to begin with). They provided tuxedos and continued to claim that they fit (because of poor planning on their part), when they definitely did not fit properly. They were also quite rude to some of the people in the wedding party who wore larger sizes. This is not a reputable business. BRIDES - save yourself the headache and give your business to someone else. This place is awful.
