I would like to highly recommend Dave of Stepp heating and air to anyone who has a problem with their air conditioner or their furnace. He is always there when you need him within a few hours and he is very fair in price. I am very pleased to recommend him to anybody.

I found them to be very nonprofessional and rude yes I admit I did call about a future purchase on new years day but because of my work schedule I was using my time off for home improvement plans. If he had a problem with me calling he could of politely say " I'm sorry if this is not an emergency could you please call back when we are open" instead of saying " well this isn't an emergency bye" and then abruptly hanging up.

Really fast, efficient service! Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable rates. I'd recommend again and again!

Highly recommend! Fast, efficient, friendly and reasonable rates to boot! Mr. Stepp was at my house within 2 hours of my initial call and my furnace was fixed within a very short time of that (even though he had to make a trip into IC to pick up a new board for my furnace)! Great service!
