i went in on valentines day to purchase my boyfriend a hat it was too small he took it back in for a bigger size and the girl behind the counter stated its no refunds or exchanges meaning we would be stuck with a $35 hat that no one could wear , she could see that it had never been worn she had no customer service skills at all and the blankest look on her face i looked up who the owner was and called and spoke with him and he had us come in and exchanged it with no problem, he definitely should retrain on customer service
