I had nothing but rave reviews about this Company. They went above and beyond expectations to build my site. I continued to maintain a friendly, supportive email exchange with them until recently. I feel compelled to leave this review as a result.
Last week I emailed Nicole with some questions, with one in particular. My site, Tylestore.com is featured in their online portfolio. I had some questions and concerns about having my site being advertised, as I do not wish to be featured in their Online Portfolio or any current or future advertisements, so I decided to contact her. I immediately received an email failure response from my email server. I thought nothing of it thinking that she changed her email address and I also copied Eric on the email as well, so I was confident they would get it. I never got a reply from either of them, so I did something I never did before. I called their Office. I didn’t get an answer so I left a detailed message. Still no response. I tried to call again a few days later only to find that my number was blocked! They use Google Voice and they flagged my number! In a last ditch effort I tried to contact them by filling out the contact form on their website. Still no response. In fact, the website was taken down. It’s baffling to me why I didn’t get a response or call back as a simple courtesy or why a legitimate business would behave in this manner avoiding and/or ignoring Clients. It’s very clear to me that this was done intentionally.
