This place has the most unhelpful and unfriendly receptionist I have EVER dealt with. And you have to make an appt the same day, between 9 and 2:30? Cuz those are the hours people work...and they have my car, so how am I supposed to hitcha ride there? On an effing reindeer? Those hours are VERY DIFFICULT for the consumer. And they towed WITHOUT taking out 2 car seats. People were home if someone can ring a doorbell or knock on a door. Not only will I never recommend them, but my finance company and car lot. Nothing but LIARS. And this place? CRAP.
