Last November moved from Dallas to Las Vegas... and was NOT prepared. AT ALL. Nothing was "packed" properly, and I was pretty disorganized. Oasis called me an hour beforehand on the pick up day, so I could make it home and the 2 guys that showed up to MOVE my stuff helped me repack some important things and were amazingly helpful. I did get charged to repack, but this is expected. My stuff showed up in Vegas and the truck showed up on time. After unpacking everything I was VERY surprised that nothing was broken and I had all my stuff!

I moved again in July and had Oasis pack all my stuff as well as move me 20 miles south... again, the three guys they sent to pack everything were efficient, professional and helpful. They even gave my dog a chance to be friends with them, even though they were afraid of an 11 yr old 65lb Boxer and a crazed Boxer puppy. My dogs are my children and behave better than most kids. :)

Again... no complaints. A great job done and a VERY pleased customer.

I came on Yelp to see what companies could move me to Michigan today and was shocked at the reviews left here. All I can say is that it is sad that more people dont write GOOD reviews. I wish I had written 2 good ones the last time Oasis moved me.

I used Oasis on the referral of a girlfriend and I would recommend them to anyone who asked me for good movers

I would have them again, they were very well-mannered.

Worked with a branch of Oasis moving company in Arizona and then in Tennessee. Honestly I found all of their employees to be barely professional and less than competent. Contrary to claims on their website, their moving trucks were old and clearly second hand. The truck that dropped off my things was so old the driver could barely get the latch open to open the door because it was so bent and rusted. Literally the driver kicked the latch until it opened. The whole scene seemed like something out of a cartoon. Also contrary to their website's claims their movers hardly seemed very careful. They destroyed five large items I had simply because of the way they were packed and loaded onto the truck including an entire bookcase. In general their movers could barely speak English and certainly the one I worked with in TN gave almost no regard to my concerns or things. He clearly just wanted to get my stuff off his truck and go though I can't say I blame him that much since he was by himself. I have never heard of a moving company only sending one person to unload things but it happened with Oasis. Suffice to say don't use this company. Their website is a lie. Their family first values are a lie and if they are not then they are not being imparted to their employees at all. Frankly the whole thing is a mess and I implore you to go find another moving company because these folks are simply a waist of your time and money.

After seeing some negative reviews online about this company, I'm sure like a lot of people, I was skeptical. However, the positive reviews outweigh the negative reviews, so I decided I would try this company out.

I called the company and a friendly woman answered the phone and was happy to give me a quote. I told her I would call back later, and I did. The same woman answered the phone the second time and she was just as friendly as she had been and she arranged all of the details for my upcoming move.

I was honest with her and I told her how precious some of my items were and that I wanted great caution to be taken. She assured me my possessions would be in good hands throughout the move and not to worry.

1 week later, on the date scheduled to move, two men arrived at my house. The were well-presented and very friendly. It didn't take them long to load everything into the truck.They also asked if there is anything else they could do to help, as it was obvious I had a lot of more organizing to do!!!

On the arrival of all the boxes to my new house, I was delighted to notice that everything was in the SAME condition as I had last seen it!!

It's not often you find a moving company that are so friendly, efficient, inexpensive and accommodating, but Oasis Moving was all of that for me.

So far not so good and that is only after pick up. After picking up my items, I was charged $670 more than quoted for exact items that were listed in the initial inventory. Now, there is no way yo drop my items off in a smaller truck, which was also discussed when booking, at which time I was told a smaller truck was an option, but no discussion of extra costs. The options I was given today are, to drop at another location, at a storage facility, or use a shuttle service at an extra cost. TODAY the words extra cost were used several times, but not once was in told what that extra cost was. I was told by a woman and gentlemen that the extra cost had to be determined by the driver.

If I would have known about all of these extra costs I would have never put my stuff on their truck.

I was told by a gentleman in sales that they/he was being very, very, very patient and talking with me, but I am taking too much time talking to them, 10 mins on one call and 5 with him. There is only one woman in the company who can help me out and I would have to wait for her.

Be careful when contracting with this company. My niece had a representative of Oasis look at her belongings at give what the paperwork said was a, "binding" agreement to, "lock in" an estimate that included the cost of packing material and delivery time. When the movers arrived they increase the estimate by $800 by adding an increase for space ant the cost of packaging. Further they changed the delivery date. My brother dealt with Oasis over the phone to resolve the issue and never got the promised call from a supervisor. For a well researched moving service with a binding estimate that was locked in with a 10% down payment Oasis performed quite poorly. Be very careful when dealing with Oasis moving and Storage in Las Vegas NV.

If Oasis call you run run run they lie cheat and steal every moving company return your deposit accept Oasis gave them over A month's notice they abruptly kept my deposit

Its been a horrible experience to use this moving company. Its been more than 50 days still I am chasing these guys for my shipment delivery and every time I am getting same answer it will get loaded on next week.
They doesn't care about thier customers a single bit once you paid the booking amt and 40% at pick up.

They all give you false n fake information. one day they called me that your shippment is loaded and truck is in route, 2 days later they emailed me saying that your shippment is still not loaded and we don't have any estimate now, I was totally surprised how come a loaded truck gets unloaded all of sudden.

I am still waiting when they are going to deliver it.

Really fraud company with exceptionally poor services.

I paid them $3,000 to move my belongings from California to Minnesota. They picked up my stuff on 7/11/2016. It's now 8/5/2016 and they still have not even shipped my belongings. They lied and said 5-10 days on the phone when I paid over $300 for a deposit 2 months prior to moving. At the time of pick they said 18 this is what I got from their HR

Meagan, I tried to treat you in a professional manner but that’s not enough for you, you are not hearing what you want to hear which sounds like you lack education and professionalism. In my opinion ditto but if you need any further assistance you will not be getting it from me, you really have some nerve talking like that to somebody you don’t even know. Have a good one! I had to come on here and write a review after my recent experience with this company. They made the whole moving process, SO much easier, from the quote on the phone to the pricing to the pick up and delivery - definitely 5 stars from me. I couldn't fault them on anything if I tried. 2 men arrived at my house in the big Oasis Moving truck to pack up my belongings, they were friendly during the process and definitely didn't rush me. They seem to be aware that people are nervous about moving and take this into consideration because they honestly couldn't have been nicer to me!



I would like to thank Oasis Moving for the very positive experience I had with them and for helping me successfully move from Texas to Las Vegas! If I am ever asked about moving companies in the future, I will be highly recommending these guys,

Oasis Moving have been the best! Throughout my move, there were no issues whatsoever! Everything I had packed was delivered without any damage at all. I previously had a bad experience with another moving company, so initially I was skeptical, but I can gladly say they have restored my confidence in moving companies. Anyone looking to move, these are your guys!!!

5 stars from me, without a doubt!!! The crew that arrived to pick up the boxes were so great! They were very efficient and helpful.



Given the service I received and the pick up and drop off times corresponding exactly to the estimated time, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the price! Definitely better than their competitors in my opinion. If your considering a move soon I would contact these guys. I would use their services again but I'm staying when I am for a while!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Oasis Moving. They were very helpful and efficient and were happy to accommodate my needs. I shopped around before choosing them but found they couldn't be beaten on price. Nothing broken or damaged in any way, which I was delighted about since they had been in the truck for quite some time! On an end note, I couldn't fault the company at all. Thumbs up from me!

I wasn't sure what to expect about this moving company after seeing some reviews here...but I can safely say they far exceeded my expectations.



Not only did they provide a prompt pick-up and delivery service. They also called me to keep me informed on the journey throughout! The boxes were very slightly damaged at the corners but that is to be expected after a haul from Nevada to Texas!

I had a great experience with Oasis Moving. They were timely, efficient and the staff were very friendly and kept me up to date on the move. I would definitely recommend them!

Horrible!!! Broken items stolen items!! They are theives dont trust this company with anything especially your valued belongings!!!

After a poor performance on the move its self, these crooks charged me an extra 989 dollars to releases my stuff. My move was based on weight, they couldn't prove the weight with a post pick up weight ticket (they had a pre pick up weight ticket). After 7 calls to customer service I was forced to charge back through my credit card. My credit card awarded me my money back. Oasis moving provided my credit card company with a copy of the invoice i signed. With one difference, they wrote right over the total price, and filled in a section that was blank with a higher price. I had the original invoice copies to prove they forged them. The seriously just scribbled over the price and wrote a new one. All the other price had my initials and their new one didn't they didn't even try to make it look passable. So not only did they try and screw me out of $989 dollars, they literally committed a crime to try and keep the money they shouldn't have charged in the first place.

Extremely disappointed with Oasis. There is no way they have received this many five stars.



PICK UP:

- Changed the packing timeline at the very last minute and did a lot of the packing before I had returned from work

- Packed sloppily

a) Painting from my deceased grandmother got scratched

b) Family pictures got scratched

c) Computer monitors were not wrapped like agreed to

d) Lamp shade was jammed awkwardly in laundry basket

e) Electronic scale just tossed in to another box

f) Pieces were not packed with associated furniture

g) In the past, my $1500 bike had been wrapped. These guys just tossed it in.

- Increased the price - the guys in the past had been very good about coming in at the price. I thought that we had updated our list (and we stuck to it) including the packing supplies. He then increased it by like $600 the night of the pick up. We didn't even back everything that was on our list.



DROP OFF:

- We did not get our desired delivery date (though it was within the contract so I guess I can't really complain other than the fact that the last two times you guys were able to do it on the exact day that I requested).

- The delivery team let us know the day before that they would be dropping off and that we could expect them late morning. Then, we got a call that morning saying that they would be arriving at 5:30pm (this made it so my family had to go back to where we were staying the night before). Then, they didn't end up arriving until 7:30pm. The unloading went until about 1:45am. It was disruptive to the neighbors and extremely disruptive to me as I had to be in the office the next morning at 7:00am.

- To make matters worse, the packing team did not have a lot of the stuff packed with the associated furniture and therefore a lot of the furniture did not get set up. A lot of the furniture that I had expected to have set up, was not set up.

all of these 5 star reviews are fake by the way. everybody knows what these people are about.

Efficient and very professional. The gentlemen who assisted with our move were very professional, courteous, and careful with our items.
