This is the worst shop experience I have ever had. I took my girlfriends car in to have the transmission replaced last year. We wanted to take it to aamco but couldn't afford it at the time so we unfortunately decided to go with these guys due to the cheaper price. BIG MISTAKE. it took forever we had to make multiple trips across town to and from their shop. It wasn't done right the first time and we had to take it back. Then they told us it would be a one day job that turned into about a week and a half. When we finally got it back it still wasn't 100% but it was working... for a little while and then it was out again. and FINALLY they got it working ok and it lasted almost one year to the day Before we were having THE SAME ISSUES AGAIN. Luckily they had a 2 year warranty on their work. So reluctantly I took it back to them already knowing the hassle it would be. I had to wait another two weeks before I could actually take the car to them because they were waiting on parts. Then I finally was able to take it to them and once again I was told it would be a one day job and after getting the run around and them dodging my calls and coming up with one excuse after another they replaced the tranny again and now they tell me it is still having the same issue and will have to take it into the dealer. so another one day job that is already at 5 days and counting and I still don't have the car fixed as of now. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA MONEY AND HAVE IT DONE RIGHT BY PROFESSIONALS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR VEHICLE.
