This "preschool" has not impressed me the last years my daughter has attended there. The only reason I haven't taken her out of this daycare is because I have wanted my husband to take the reigns. The teachers are nice and pleasant, but the staff at the front desk are always rude when I ask a question. Tired of being treated like I'm an idiot when I ask a question.
I am updating my review regarding the incompetent staff (April) that has not had a "moment to process our refund," yet has a moment to run our FULL tuition every month on the 1st of every month. The director also promised us a summer packet for our daughter and that seemed to be pushed aside as well. This child care center only cares about making money & not following the curriculum advertised online. I am very disappointed and my daughter will not be returning in the Fall.
