I wanted to buy a craftsman dry/wet vacuum that was on sale and when I asked about their return policy on the vacuum. They said once I open the box, I can no longer return it. I ask what if I was not satisfied with the power of the vacuum, the sales manager said, "You can't return the vacuum if you already used it because I wouldn't be able to sell a used vacuum." I went to Sears less then a mile away and bought the same vacuum with a better return policy and better costumer services. Sears was also able to price match!
