CLOSED NOW - Opens at 11:00am

I went there three days ago at approximately 3:30 p.m. and although I realize it wasn't exactly the dinner hour yet, I still expected some preparation and surely did not find it here. In my opinion, the store should have a sign outside that read "NOT OPEN FOR BUSINESS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF ??? AND ??? if they won't be prepared at the time I came there!



I ordered a 16 piece meal and was first told that they didn't have enough leg pieces, would I accept the extra crispy instead of the original (I wasn't crazy about this because I was feeding many pretty young children and would have preferred the original recipe for them) and I said 'okay' on this and then I went on to try to order corn on the cob and was told that they only had a couple of them! I told the girl to forget it! I surely can't go in there with the order and corn for only a few of them. Luckily, there was no one else in line at the drive thru because they would have lost a lot of business this night in particular. I can't imagine any restaurant type business being that 'spare' at that "close to supper time" hour. I mean, it wasn't exactly a large order like if I was ordering for the workplace or something. And, the customer service girl wasn't very accomodating at all. The girl that was there was very distant and not at all motivated (seemingly) in my opinion. I had to ask for napkins, etc. I almost left but was too exhausted to go anywhere else at that point. I was not at all pleased with the lack of preparedness or customer service. I hope this isn't the usual and it was just a very bad day there!
