This is absolutely the worst place to ever call for a service your machine won't be fixed they will scratch the surface they will destroy your carpets and dirty the walls were you need to have them repainted absolutely the worst place can't believe that Nebraska Furniture Mart use as such losers to do their work

The poor reviews are highly accurate.Stay clear of this repair company. They are horrendous communicators, do not follow up with their customers or return calls. Have been waiting for a part for 2 months and after multiple phone calls with no resolution of the problem, I contacted the manufacturer myself to find the resolution of the issue. Customer service is non-existent with this company. Zero stars if that was an option

Reviews below are not fake....communication is very poor. Was told it would be 3-5 days for a dishwasher part, then I called in and was told I should have been told 10 business days. After about 17 business days I called back....still waiting on part. When part finally came, they sent an automated email that it was my job to call them to set up the appointment for repair. I will not use them again.

I wonder if some of the reviews I see below are even for the same company? I have used Rich and Brad for many years and have always had top-notch, high quality service. They are always honest and reliable. The prices are higher than other places, but I got burned once by the $10 service call guy, who took my part deposit and never came back. These guys would get my house keys if needed. 5 stars.

Rich has been my servicer of choice for at least 4 or 5 years now. He is very polite, treats my pets and kids well, and is always respectful of my home and property. I have enjoyed getting to know him through the years, and I am glad that I always know he will be honest with me. He has fixed several different appliances, too, including my oh-so-finicky Scotsman ice maker. which seems to break every year.

This company's service is bad. Poor customer service & relations, extremely long service response to fixing problems. They came out in mid June to service our dishwasher. It took them to 2 1/2 months to replace the gasket. The dishwasher was worse after the guy replaced the gasket, and the gasket keeps coming out. The company will not offer to send a different technician after I requested a different one. The f

Technician was not thorough, had droopy, unprofessional pants, and had an attitude of "that is just the way it is, sorry, cannot help", and not willing to do more.

After the several phones to the company as well as 3 visits from the technician, several phone calls to our Home Warranty Insurance, we have switched over to a different company.

Do not use At Your Service Appliance Repair.

Don't go here!!! Absolutely abismal. Avoid them like the plague. This company was assigned to repair our dishwasher by our home warranty company. Their technician came and made the repairs but left the clean water supply detached with a slow leak that soaked my hardwood floors. First call to the owner, Kirby, met with "Yah, I'll call my insurance. If you don't hear from them in a couple of days, call me back." Three calls to Kirby later - no reply. What a clown! Time to place a claim with my homeowner's insurance and pay out the deductible - out $550 for a repair that was supposed to cost $50. They are both incompetant and unscrupulous.

they have just awful customer service. it took several weeks to replace a pump on a washing machine. nebraska furniture mart uses this company for warranty work but i advice you if you use your appliance you should request a different company.

Richard has fixed my appliance...

Richard has fixed my appliances for many years now. He has fixed my washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and has even helped with some things that were not on his list for the day. They are on time and can usually get out within a day or two. I have tried the $10 guys and they are just not worth the grief.

Don't call them, don't use their service. NO Stars from me. Apparently Sears decided to use them as a warranty repair service. Called Sears on 6/17/12 for repair on my dishwasher. At Your Service technician, a young kid, uniform looked like it just came out of the wash. Ill mannered and nasty showed up on 6/22/12. He asked a couple of questions, didn't look at the dishwasher. Advised that he wouldn't work on the dishwasher until we fixed a water drip under the sink and he said he had the wrong part and would have to reschedule. I called back on 6/29/12 for an update, lady was very rude kept stating that they have never been out to my house before, like they don't want new customers. She advised that the part was not in yet and she would advise. Called back on 7/6/12 now she says oh the technician turned the call back over to Sears back on the 22nd and you need to call Sears. I asked when she thought she would call me to tell me that and she said not my problem. Don't call them they are worthless.

HORRIBLE service! I give them NO STARS!! NONE!!! I paid $78 dollars for a trip fee that lasted MAYBE 10 minutes. Was told that parts would be ordered and be delivered in 7-10 days at a cost of over $150 in addition to the trip fee...it is now three weeks later and the parts are STILL not in!! I have called EVERYDAY and have been told someone would call me back with information. NO ONE has EVER called me back. EVER!! Spoke with the owner of the company (he was absolutely rude and demeaning) and he said his parts guy quit! When I told him that was NOT my problem, that I had a dryer that needed repair, he told me to get in line !!!! I have cancelled my order with them, and am going with another company. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

DO NOT use this company. i have had a broken dishwasher since April 19th..I was told I use to much soap and they gave me samples. I bought the soap even though the samples did not get my dishes clean. 2nd visit I was told it was something in the line ie garbage. 3rd was told water was too hard, I have whole house water filtration/osmosis,

changed the tune there and decided I need new motor this was on the 8th of May, I have as of June 4th still don't have motor and they don't return calls to me or my warranty company! Truly a horrible company

They did everything that they said they would do. My Frigidaire dishwasher quit running and they came out this morning and put a new pump in it. They had the part on the truck and fixed it on the spot. I wish all my service problems went so well..

Broken Promise

Scheduled for 8-12 appointment, received a call advising they would be in the area between 3-6. I explained I was scheduled for a 8-12 appointment and was advised they did not start scheduling until the morning for tech to dispatch. Need to make sure they keep scheduled appointments to improve customer satisfaction.

They are BRUTAL

We waited about two weeks for a warranty repair of ice maker. Took off work for appointment. Ice maker replacement kit had been mailed to me from manufacturer. The tech said he didn't know he was supposed to install a kit, only repair. He said he didn't have time and had four other customers to see that day and left. I called the owner who told me that I had no idea how to run a business and was extremely demeaning. He told me it was my fault that I did not call them to tell them and ice maker kit was involved. I explained that I in fact do own a company with 400 employees working in the field and such poor customer service would not be tolerated. USE SOMEONE ELSE.
