They are irresponsible and do horrible work. In the process of installing a new dryer vent they destroyed my existing duct work under the house. The took my money and never said a word. It wasn't discovered until I had another HVAC company come out to check on the furnace and AC. I would never use them again and I would never recommend them as they are dishonest.

I had a very large job done by this company and was very happy with their level of skill and the way they worked. I had holes in my duct pipes because we had a rat infestation a few years ago. I had the pest companies come out and clean out the rats but they had chewed through the ducts and basically destroyed them.

I called top quality to come out for an estimate and I liked their price and the way they conducted themselves. The job took two days but I found their prices to be reasonable and their work was clean and professional.

I have not had the duct pipes cleaned because they were replaced so they were brand new. But I would definitely call top quality for my duct cleaning too.

These guys were really good. They showed up on time, did what they said they would, and were professional. I had new floors done a few months back, and I was worried about them damaging them, but not even a scuff.

Really good - I would recommend them.

These people use illegal robo-calls to generate sales, have no respect for the DoNotCall laws, 818-744-1681 is their latest spoofed #, when U call it, a message comes on that this # cannot accept any calls. SCAM. Would you trust a company that illegally does robo-dialing???

Company had a special for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. I made an appointment.

When they came out, they tried to sell me every other service. I expected that. I just wanted my dryer vent cleaned and I told them at least do that. He measured the distance from my dryer to the outside and said that would be extra. A LOT extra. 4 times as much as the the orginal quote for dryer cleaning AND duct cleaning. I was not told that when I made the appointment. I sent them on their way. I contacted them after the visit and they have yet to respond.
