The Federal NoHo, founded by Knitting Factory Entertainment in 2011, occupies one of the oldest existing buildings in the San Fernando Valley. The Federal produces gourmet fare served in a casual, relaxed atmosphere with 20 craft beers on tap, some of the finest bourbons & scotches and an eclectic wine list. The Federal unites modern-day styling with a nod to the building's origins as a 1920's bank. On the ground floor are two distinct contemporary yet traditional bars, each with its own style and charm featuring resurfaced brick walls, period furniture with modern style, opulent wood floors, intimate booths, cushioned leather chairs and flat screen TVs. The second floor holds the Upstairs at The Federal, our events space with full production capabilities, cathedral ceilings and full bar. As well at the Salon, The Federal's exclusive speakeasy.
