I was referred by a friend to go to this office. Sadly, the doctor I wanted to see that has a great rep (Dr. Fan), I couldn't see as he is booked up and wasn't taking any new patients. I was told that this was a professional office with good doctors. I guess these people didn't see Dr. Lee. He may take his time when he firsts sees you but he has lack of poor follow up (even when he is giving you meds you state you are afraid of, or have worries about) and doesn't make time to fill you in on most of your questions. He seems so quick to have you come in to see him, even to explain text results - odd? yes..VERY! I haven't had to search for a specialist before but I hope there are not that many out there like him. Also the extra bonus in the front office. Not only are these girls rude in person but over the phone too. Its like they don’t want to be there and lash out at patients. If your front office keeps getting complaints you think you would do something about it. And yes, Dr. Wonil Lee has admitted to knowing the front desk reputation as well. Yet…nothing – just a “I apologize, when can you come in for me to tell you about your test results” (that I can tell you about now …..
