Felt like being taking care of like "I matter". The staff is always the BEST. Being at Enterprise is like rent-a-family that's loving and caring. The young lady that left the Vineland location in Burbank, CA and moved back to Chicago, never loose her, she is the BEST. Thank you, I will miss you

On 10/28/16 I rented online an economy car for $35.01, it was a great price. Rashaunah Williams was the agent assisted with the rental and then she asked another agent Ronnie to show me the car. No thank you, she wanted to get back to conversing with the staff. Ronnie took me out to the car, just had me initial certain areas, didn't ask me if I had any questions. I was suppose to go out of town, early 7:00 a.m., on 10/29/16. I had to wait until 8:00 a.m. when the store opened. I got there about 7:55 a.m., Rashaunah Williams was at the front desk, eating a pastry, totally ignoring me. Finally, another agent, Jason opened the door and I was frustrated because no one showed me how to operate opening the back storage door nor how to operate the windshield wipers. I checked the manual, no help and I had a male at the bank try to help me, he couldn't get it. When I mentioned to Jason that Ronnie should have asked if I had any questions, Jason's reply was, maybe Ronnie thought I knew because it was a simple procedure. Customer service very poor by Rashaunah Williams, the worst, next to worst is Ronnie and then the condescending attitude by Jason was the icing on the cake. When I returned the car on Monday, 10/31/16, noon, Marci was the best representative Enterprise has. Previously, a manager by the name of Ricardo would help me, walk me around the vehicle, showing me different things and most of all, asked me if I had any questions. I love Enterprise and will continue to use them in my need of vehicle rentals and recommend them to others.

Great location, great Manager, great Staff. It was a very pleasant experience. I have already reserved a car for next month.
