I went to this salon to get rid of premature gray hairs that I got after pregnancy. I explained Nicky (hairstylist) that I mainly wanted to cover my grays and get a lighter color. She ended up doing highlight on my hair I got a red color I didn't ask for it and she did not cover my grays. When I got home I called the salon to let her know my grays weren't covered and so, I wanted to go back and get it fix, the recap ionizer said she was bussy but, she said that, "she will passed the message to her" and that ,Nicky would call me back, 3 days passed by and I kept calling, I never reached the hair stylist or someone's that like help me. That was two months ago they never called me. It is very expensive and they did a terrible job, not just that but didn't care much about customers. Very disappointed!
