Horrible - super unprofessional and money hungry, no customer service and bad judgement. my year and a half old fridge broke down. the first estimate was $475 , it did not work. they came back and said its another 500 $ - if i had known i could have and would have bought a new fridge. to shedule an appointment was a mess, the technician showed up 3 hours late, after calling once they and saying they will be there in an hour, the technician called two hours later and said he will come tomorrow. pls avoid using this company.
