Great customer service :) very happy with service. My Grandmother was very satisfied with her back and knee brace. Will come back if more equipment is needed.

I ordered a wheelchair and a hospital bed mattress that were covered by Medicare and my mother's other insurance. ACI told me the manufacturer and model of the bed they would send. They said they would send a 21" wheelchair. They sent a 16" wheelchair and a mattress that was extremely cheap and not at all what they promised. Both the delivery man and the woman in the office pretended to be stupid. The delivery man argued that the person the wheelchair was for was only 130 pounds. The person in the office made no sense. This place is a fraud.
