Let Me Introduce myself! My name Is Jeffrey Grossman and I've been servicing Computers, Laptops & Networks since they've been introduced into the work place. I can handle the simplistic tasks such as upgrades, a new workstation or replace a non functional part of your computer environment.

My main talents lie in my ability to troubleshoot computer booting (startup) difficulty due to any type of circumstance. I'm also highly knowledgeable & experienced in Internet Explorer, Virus Removal and Network Troubleshooting. I also can repair Windows operating system errors on any micro computer due to my background working for Microsoft, IBM, Dell, H.P., Compaq, ISA and various government Agencies.

I also repair Hewlett Packard LaserJet Printers and high end impact printers.
