Rude and unprofessional.



I called in morning to verify that they are coming for the 3pm appointment. It's 3pm, then 3:30. I call, and they said they are on their way. Then it ends up being 4:30 when they arrive. An hour half LATE.



The guy looks around and say's "$150 for the pet enzymes." I'm sorry? Per phone conversation, I specifically said that I had a corner of the apartment only, which implies that it's where the pet enzymes go right? I was reluctant and he continued to try to hustle it out of me, telling me that "its already a discounted good deal anyway." I straight up told him, "You're making me feel very uncomfortable about this." He continued to say, "I drove ALL the way out here, why would I be stuck in traffic when I could be sitting at home right now" He seriously said this..







One of the cleaning guys picked up a gum wrapper from the floor. Nice. Except for the fact that he threw the trash on the floor outside of my apartment door.

I recently had a party at my house and was in need of some major cleaning. i called 818 carpet cleaners and they showed up the next day and made everything spotless. my carpet and two couches were left looking and smelling brand new.
