Established in 1984, Vantage Group is a private, nonprofit organization that supports people with developmental disabilities in Connecticut. The organization offers a variety of community-based residential programs and employment and day support services. It serves more than 45 individuals in the communities of North Haven, Hamden, New Haven, West Haven and Orange in Connecticut. Vantage Group also provides occupational and physical therapies through volunteers, as well as supports fundraising activities and benefit programs. It has a staff of over 70 employees. In addition, it sponsors a number of workshops and classes.
