So, I requested a limo to JFK, One way Limo sent back a pick up time for 2:00pm for a 5:15 flight, they pass the info to The Limo Group, of North Haven. I suggested they pick me up earlier which they did. However the driver wanted to stop for coffee, thinking he would use the drive thru, he did not. Took him 20 minutes to get back to the car. Long story short. missed the flight by 4 minutes charged $600 to change tickets, round trip uber to NYC,$100. missed hotel room in Rome,$208 total loses $900 and the "Limo Group says its my fault! Am I at fault?
