Provided by YPmobileI went to Home Depot to purchase a door with installation the door is on sale for 20% off ending today. An appointment for installation is not available today and I was told by the store manager and corporate office because the sale is ending today I am unable to get the sale after measurements are taken for the door. But as a courtesy once the measurements are complete they will give me.10% off. That is ridiculous I should be penalized because you can't send someone out today. After visiting the store last week and being told by the same salesperson I had until the 22nd to.come in and purchase a door. No mention of time frame for installation appt. Poor customer service. Especially since I am still willing to shop at Home Depot after my credit card was breached. SMH
