Horrible. I was a new client who was meeting with Brian with a longtime customer of his, and was given the impression my session was covered under theirs. Brian never went over any type of pricing with me as a new client, but then gave me a bill for $350! My tax refund was very simple and took him no longer than 20 minutes to prepare. Over $1,000/hour is insane!



Brian was extremely rude and curt with me when trying to figure out why I was charged such a large amount, especially when no one in the office informed me of any pricing structure.



Jill, the main office manager, was just as rude and unprofessional when I called to attempt to make a payment.



I will never be going here again, and will make sure anyone I know does the same.
