The owners Paul and Sandy are ...

The owners Paul and Sandy are super helpful and very knowledgeable! They put their customers first and it is evident they take pride in their business. They always make the customer feel as if they are the most important person there. With that said, one of their employees (I believe her name was Louise, but I could be wrong) was incredibly rude and made us feel like we were bothering her. She made rude comments and insisted she was correct when there was clearly a misunderstanding (we weren't even upset about it, just wanted it fixed!). If it wasn't for Paul's exceptional service and helpful attitude, they would have lost a valuable customer. I'd recommend Pool & Patio but with the warning to avoid this employee.
