Customer service is rude! Waited a week and had to call because the item ordered by the rehab facility was never delivered. They delivered the wrong product and when I called 10 minutes after they left they told me and the insurance company that they would pick up the product. Now they are threatening to place for collection unless we deliver the product back to them at their warehouse which is 45 minutes away.
