I've trusted my cars to John & Paul & their staff for 20 years. Don't even think about going anywhere else for your car repairs & maintenance. Fixed right the first time. Very fair & competitive rates. Regarding the negative reviews...there's always 2 sides to the story. My advice? If you don't have a good reliable mechanic, give JP a chance. You will not be sorry.

DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR! I had service done here in 2009 on my '05 Prius and my car broke down on the way home! I called them to come get me & my car and fix their mistake. They told me that I would have to call someone else to get a tow as they didn't even have a tow truck! They actually wanted me to pay for the tow!! I did pay for the tow -to bring my car somewhere else, of course! Turns out I needed a new engine because they did not have the right equipment to change a water pump on an '05 Prius! The whole drama cost me well over $5000! They still haven't responded to the letter I sent (back in '09) asking for a refund of my $400! PS the car runs great now that I stay away from them;)

Took my car there for an oil change and an estimate on 100,000 mile check up. The oil change was $78.00 !!! They put synthetic oil in without asking me if I wanted that. They also failed to provide me with an estimate on the work I asked for. They then proceeded to yell obscenities at me in the waiting room in front of other customers, threw my invoice and credit card at me and said they didn't want my business. Buyer beware.

I brought my car here after Pep Boys fudged it up real bad. They fixed it and I have been coming back here ever since. I trust them with my car and I know for sure that they take care of it well when its in their shop. I have been a customer for 2 years now.

Knowlegable mechanics, nice service, great location. I have been a customer for 20 years at both locations and trust these guys.
