Im not good at these kind of things but felt the NEED to share my beyond amazing experience. I came in looking for a bigger vehicle that was safe, reliable, and most importantly could tow my horse. After a horse back riding accident a few years ago, I needed something that was comfortable and safe on the road, and being a girl, obviously stylish. Luckily I met Lauren, a young, savvy sales associate, and together we narrowed my search down to basically the best car in the show room (not surprising at all). With a budget in mind, Lauren and Steve the financing guru, helped me get my payments down to my comfort level and gave me exactly what I was looking for for my trade in (Lexus IS sport). I walked out that night with my keys and new car and went straight to the barn. I never thought I'd get rid of my Lexus since it was my dream car, but I handed those keys over so fast and walked away easily.

When people say hassle free, no gimmicks, I never believe them, and even to me I still can't believe it, BUT its true at this dealership....they truly made buying this car as quick, easy, and fun as possible (even playing my favorite songs during the process). If you are looking for a jeep or nissan, you would be foolish not to come here first....trust me HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

I've never had such a great time buying a car before. If you're in the market for a new vehicle go see Frank Perrelli. Actually made buying a car enjoyable.

Bad

Let me start by saying I had the worst experience at this place. First of all I had a trade in which I still owe money on. So basically I wanted to trade that car in for a new one. I fisrt contacted them thru the internet and explain to them my situation. The next day they called me and said the can try to do something for me. When I went to the dealer they try to get me a deal in which I didnt have to end up paying so much money every month. Well they couldn't do anything. I was fine with that. Went to another dealer where they helped me to bring down the monthly payment and all that , as I was waiting for this dealer to let me know the final monthly payment. Which was way better than the executive jeep of North haven offer. Gary (internet sales manageer) contacted me again, I told him I had a good deal somewhere else and he said he can give me a better deal and gave me a set price monthly payment and downpayment. I was happy with that and said go head. Lets do it . When I arrived to the dealer they made me sign the purchase order and told me to come back the next day to finish up everything. Well next day they called me and told me they were wrong about those number and told me my monthly payments needed it to be 150 dollars more than what they told me before. They lied to me and made waste my time and gas driving to the dealer knowing I was not going to get a good deal. But its my own fault for trusting dealers knowing that what they do is scam people left and right. And I know its not their fault I can not afford 550 monthly but they should of tell me it was impossible and not waste my time. I work in a place where lots of people go and talk to me about everything and im damn sure I would never recommend this place and would talk about my bad experience.

Terrible service! My wife and I leased a Jeep Jan of 2013, the brakes actually failed, we brought it to service and they told us nothing was wrong with it! The vehicle has been in service 5 times since with continued brake issues and each time they say nothing is wrong with the vehicle though the brakes continue to squeal with a burning smell. If you value the safety of your family and yourself do not buy from these people as they just try to sweep problems under the rug.

Don't waste your time they are...

Don't waste your time they are shaddy and have poor quality vehicles. I left here and went to Napoli and was treated much better...as if they wanted to sell me a car unlike Executive where they are all pushy salesmen trying to make you spend extra.

My wife purchased her vehicle ...

My wife purchased her vehicle in 2008 with 28K miles on the odometer we where haggled to purchase the extended 60K mile warranty that was explained to cover us up too 88K miles but this isn't the case. Easy Care which covers that extended warranty only covers 60K total and not an additional 60K on the odometer reading so we only had 32K miles coverage. The finance manager Jeff told me over the phone that the customer service at Easy Care where idiots and didn't know what they are talking about and that he would contact them and get it straightened out. Then he calls my wife and says that the terms changed in 2008 before we purchased our vehicle and our car is no longer covered and we are at 82K miles with no coverage and a bad transmission.

Thanks for working with the integrity and great customer service Executive Jeep, North Haven, CT!!! Buyers beware of terms and conditions before purchasing an extended warranty!!!

Deceptive Sales Practice and Poor Service

My wife and I purchased a 2009 Murano fully loaded with the Technology package, extended warranty, etc. at Executive Nissan in 2008.

Our initial services were competent, however as part of our purchase we were promised 8 replacement tires. As the tires on the Murano in this configuration are pricey, this equated to roughly $2,000. This was one of the reasons we decided to go with Executive.

The salesman promise was explained as follows: "When the time comes to replace your tires, we will provide them at no charge if you have all your services done at our facility." We questioned this several times for clarification, and this was how it was explained it us time and again.

At our last oil change, when I inquired about when the tires should be replaced, the service technician seemed to be confused and evasive - even questioning that there was such a promotion - and after some hesitation said the tires could wait until the next service. I shrugged it off at the time, but commented to my wife about him mumbling something about needing a "heads-up" call whenever we wanted to get the tires.

My wife called today to schedule an appointment to have the oil changed the tires replaced (per their recommendation), She was informed that the tires were not covered as we had been late on two of the services - having brought the vehicle a week or so past the "3,000 mile/3 month" oil change policy and had the "30,000 mile service" performed at 37,000 miles.

Bear in mind that we have had the vehicle less than two years, and we faithfully brought it in over a dozen times (including break replacement). In that time, there was never a mention that we needed to adhere to their maintenance schedule or risk forfeiting the tires.

After paying roughly $40,000 for a new car, plus roughly $1,500 on maintenance in their shop, it's disappointing that Executive won't honor the promises their salesman made so emphatically.

We were considering purchasing another Nissan (likely another Murano) because we are very happy with the quality of the vehicle.

We are very dissappointed with the service we received at Executive. My wife and I have owned a number of brands of new cars over the years, and this is the first time we have experienced the feeling that there was something underhanded.

I'm certain there are other Nissan dealers in the greater New Haven area - I would strongly encourage future Nissan-buyers to go to another dealer.
