Constructual Concepts just completed a 25k renovation of my North Haven home, and I can say that the process and product have been very satisefactory. I chose Carmine because of his honesty and transpearancy in the mannor in which he conducts business. I never felt as though I was being baited and swiched. He was upfront about the cost of construction, and in fact was able to decrease the cost of various components throughout the process (allowing me to add things to the scope of his work without increasing my budget). Moreover, Carmine is a very capable craftsman, with a fine attention to detail (he is particularly skilled with tile work). Needless to say, I would cirtainly use Carmine in the future and recomend him to a friend.
