Used to be a great car wash but getting steadily worse. Paid for a top #1 wash. They did not clean the inside of the car, wrote with black marker on my side window, leaving a black stain that I had to remove. Did not dry the car even though I paid for it. Get the cheapest wash they offer as that is all you get anyway

I promise, I do not have the time or patience to write a poor review! In this case, I am so agitated that this will be my first. If you would like to throw your money in the trash go to Classic Car wash in North Haven! Their staff says "Si, Si Si... then you pay. When you retrieve your vehicle it's No, No, No... Then when you report it to the owner Mark, he argues and nothing to rectify the the problem that would take seconds. Contest him and he will call the No. Haven Police-this wasting tax payer dollars. I would not take a free car wash for life here, I'm very angry!!! Lousy quality and service in spades.

Under new ownership, so remains to be seen, however the previous owners provided a thorough cleaning and free re-wash when it rains.
