Unbelievable!!! After many years of use and abuse by our family and pets we were going to replace our floors. We saved thousands of dollars after an honest and reliable quote by Mr. Carlson. They could have had the job to do a complete replace and reinstall, but left us with a brand new looking home after a beautiful refinishing most impressive was the quick response, the professionalism of the crew working in our home, and the care for our satisfaction from this long term family run business. I have not stopped talking about how excited my wife and I were when we walked into our " Brand New" looking home and all in time for our holiday festivities Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you. Dishonest company. Took on the job we had of refinishing 4 rooms and 1 room new floor install. I paid higher price for refinishing than other quotes because they were taking the entire job. Did the easy refinishing, got paid and never showed up to do the 1 room install I left many messages, no response. Now it is much harder to find a company that wants to do just 1 room. We also discovered that they had cut out a sizable portion of hardwood floor in the room where the install was going to take place and replaced it with some plywood, without asking our permission AND we will most likely have to repair before new floor can be installed. Bottom Line- I would NOT recommend this company.

Expert work and incredible service. I purchased a house only to discover( after ripping up the carpet, the floors were badly damaged from the previous owner's pets. Vern's crew eliminated the awful smell and repaired the floors back to original condition 100% satisfied with the work Thanks. The two main crew members have been working together over 30 years. They really know their stuff
