After many years of caring service, when it came to loyalty, I was shown none. I sadly say, I was left hurting & thrown to "the wolves", despite my honesty & loyalty to their practice. The office town cried even made sure, against the law I might add, that a new Dr. Would reject me. So following a first visit of kindness & help the new Dr. was hostile & refused me further treatment! The new Dr. was indeed a pro and originally left the olds employment to embark on his own. I wish him the best, he is at least honest, and I've a question for you to answer...If a doctor does no harm, as the oath he's taken, but does no good...of what measure of worth is He/She?

I have to say love the service and they went above and beyond. I saw someone within 15 mins of walking in without appointment. They even called my pharmacy so my medicine would be ready ASAP. I now have a new primary care doctor at caremedica.

I had been a patient here for about 2 months when I needed a referral. I called 4 times on a Monday and waited 10 minutes,for each call and no one answered at all. Finally after 5pm the answering service picked up. They paged my doctor (former) who got my referral in time for a 10:15 Tuesday app. I had also sent an email on Mon. requesting that they contact me. If I can't contact my doctor because no one answers the phone then I don't have a doctor. I spoke today, Tues. with the office manager. She said someone ignored the emails, they had problems with the phones on Monday and she had no explanation for the fact that the same thing happened today with the phones. She claimed the wait time for the phone to be answered is 2-3 minutes. Today it was 7 minutes and I was disconected and while on hold, waiting for an individual for 15 minutes I was sent to an automated answering machine in the wrong dept. She maintained "The wait time is 2-3 minutes." I have a new primary care provider.

The care and service provided at CareMedica are TERRIBLE. Incompetent, rude office personnel; long waits even if you call ahead of time to see if they are on schedule (never waited less than a half hour in the waiting room, then, more time in the exam room); Rxs not called in or received with inaccurate dosage/usage info. that could be very damaging if you have blind faith, feeling like medical personnel didn't even check to see why you made the appt. before entering the room and didn't bother to look at your chart at all, and the list goes on. I am switching practices immediately. I have nicely expressed my concerns multiple times, which fell on deaf ears. I only give them one star, because, apparently, NO STARS is not an option.
