We went to the new Buff last night and were completely taken back the moment we walked in the door. We think that everyone who worked there smiled and said hi. I have been in the F&B industry for over 30 years and never seen that before....... There is not a bad seat in the restaurant. Let me get to your bartender Jason aka BEAR. The way he took care of us was awesome. You could tell that he owned the bar. He had control and new everything that was going on with every guest. I wanted to try to get him to come work for me but I don't do that..Its a respect for the industry thing. Bye the time our food got to us he already knew our names. He did go out of his way for us, you could just tell that was who he was. Before we go back there again we will make sure he is there. I live downtown and will make the trip just to feel that true sincerity again. Great job to your entire staff!!!!!!

Excellent food. Visited on Thursday wasn't open to general public yet but they really have a great team!! My waitress was super sweet and informative. You gotta check it out!
