North Haven Budget is absolutely fabulous!!! Would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely go back!!

I give North Haven Budget 5 Stars!! What a fantastic place to rent a truck from. Service was great and everything went well. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!!

I had no problems with this Budget dealer or location. DeCrescenzo from the last review didn't follow protocol and should of been charged for not filling up the truck accordingly. Joyce had every right to charge the customer. She is very honest, fair, and a very sweet person. We had a very good rental and everything went well accordingly. We had no problems with Budget. Would recommend this place to everyone!!

I returned a truck to this location and the woman running the office, Joyce, charged my credit card a gas penalty although it was gassed up. The national office refunded me but it still amounts to a theft. When I called Joyce to dispute the charge she yelled over me so I couldn't talk, was loud, obnoxious then hung up before I could ask her why she did this. She is a crook.
