BMW runs a top notch dealership. I went there for service on my 2009 3series and from the start they were very professional. The service check in women was very nice and as she told me to take a seat a employee who was at the counter stated I'll take her. I thought that was great I DIDN'T have to wait. The employee was Jerry DeFelice (Service Advisory), this gentlemen was very kind, nice, professional and accommodating to my needs. Also there was another gentlemen I think he was the person who brings and picks you up he is African American older handsome man he also asked if I need to be brought anywhere which I thought was really nice. This is the first time I brought my vehicle into your dealership usually my x brings it in. So on that note thank you for the wonderful experience at your dealership. I will be back. Janice Merrigan

What can I say, BMW is a great car and BMW of North Haven is a great dealership. My wife and I were treated fantastically. I was a MOPAR guy for many years, this is my second BMW, the total experiences were the best I ever had.

Their service is outstanding! These folks understand customer care. I wouldn't buy or have my car serviced anywhere else. With BMW the price of entry may seem steep, but the overall cost of ownership is pretty even with lower quality cars, so I get to drive a great car and get treated like a king for about the cost of a Chevy.

Steven the service advisor was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was completed on time. Overall very satisfied.

I have spent much of my career in sales management and very much enjoyed my experience with my client advisor, Joe Riggsbee. From our initial introduction/negotiation thru facility tour, he was a true professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I have leased 2 Infinitis and this is my first BMW experience. I have had the car for a week and very pleased...I am confident that any issues will be addressed promptly.
