This store has HORRIBLE customer service. Make sure you do NOT use "site to store" if you can't print the receipt b/c they will tell you too bad when you try to pick up your item even if you have your photo ID and the card you used to pay for it. Recently, my mother ordered something for us using this program in her name and my husband picked it up AT THIS STORE with no receipt, no ID, and no problems...he literally just told the customer service rep what the item was he was picking up and they put it in the car for him. So we never anticipated having any issues. Today, not only would they not give us the item that we had already paid for, but they told us we wouldn't be refunded our money for 4 DAYS!! Needless to say, I will be calling the corporate office. We've never had a problem with this kind of program at other stores such as Walmart and Lowes. If you want to shop someplace that cares about your business you may want to think about shopping elsewhere ...you can order most of the same things they carry here at Target or Walmart or other online stores for less money and have a much better experience with people that know the importance of good customer service.
