Ric, is definitely the only person that I trust repairing my small engine equipment...He repaired my lawnmower and not only did it RUN like new...He cleaned it up so it also LOOKED like new, honestly, I couldn't believe it. He had it back to me in day or two and, at a great price. From one guy, to all the guys...Ric is the man when you need repairs done, more than right, fast and fair!

Small businesses are all about the people who run them. Ric knows small engine repair and customer service. He will get your machine running the way it should be running without going over the top on things that can wait. He is on time and professional. I would strongly recommend Coastal Enginuity to anyone with commercial or residential equipment. I found the pricing reasonable and when I got my Gravely commercial walk behind back it ran better than the day I bought it. This guy seriously knows his stuff and loves the challenge of making any equipment run as close to brand new as possible. In my case it ran better!

Ric was very professional. Picked up and delivered my mower and fixed it super fast all at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend him to all.

I had a problem with an old engine used in a wood splitter that I needed fixed asap. Ric worked on it the day he received the replacement parts. I had it in operation that same day. Two days later I used the wrong fuel and he saved the day again. Thanks Ric.

I can’t stand working on mechanical stuff because I don’t understand it, and because I don’t understanding, I never know who I can trust. I’m very happy to have found Ric at CE who was a total pleasure to deal with. I had a problem with my snowblower at the worst time, and he went above and beyond to help, get me back up and running, and address some safety issues that I otherwise would have overlooked. It seems rare to find someone who can fix anything, and is also a great communicator and business person. I sent my friends their way and now he’s working on the whole neighborhood, with pick-up and delivery when needed, and just bought a used and refurbished machine from him too. Great stuff. Highly recommend.
